Garry Oaks Winery Wins First Place at Chef Meets Grape
Held on September 22, the seventh annual event showcased 74 B.C. wineries and dishes from 10 top chefs who were competing for the Judges’ Choice Award for Best Dish and Pairing.
Garry Oaks Winery took home first place paired with O’Doul’s Restaurant & Bar, serving Garry Oaks 2009 Pinot Noir-cured wild pink salmon, warm island chanterelle and bacon salad.
