Island Spirits is a craft distillery that is the home of the pHROG. We make hand crafted world class vodka and gin plus other unique pure spirit infusions and eau de vie – all natural and mostly local.

Located on beautiful and renowned Hornby Island, Carbrea enhances the island’s romance and magic. Owners Stephen & Suzie Bishop welcome visitors to the winery. Taste award-winning wines while relaxing in the afternoon shade in this spectacular and peaceful setting. The four acre vineyard is well cared for as is evident with its neatly groomed rows and trellised plants.
