Starling Lane Winery

Starling Lane is a partnership of three families founded on the belief that quality wines begin with a commitment to produce high quality grapes in our local vineyards on the Saanich Peninsula near Victoria. We spend much of the year nurturing our vines and then make only small lots of fine wine, literally handcrafting each and every bottle. The winery site dates back to the days of “Hanging Judge” Matthew Begbie who acquired this parcel of land in 1859. The winery sits next to Jacqueline’s white greenhouse, now a local landmark. Our tasting room is open weekends over the summer and by appointment the rest of year. Please call first to check on opening times.
