Victoria Spirits
Victoria Spirits is a family-owned and operated Distillery that makes premium spirits by hand in a wood-fired copper pot still. Our award-winning Victoria Gin was released to great acclaim at the Fairmont Empress in May 2008 and is now available across Canada, from BC to Quebec and in the Yukon.
We welcome you to our Tasting Room at the Distillery to sample Canada’s First Premium Gin and our other fine spirits, including Left Coast Hemp Vodka, Oaken Gin, twisted & bitter cocktail bitters, and a number of eau de vies.
Come meet Distillers Peter Hunt and Phil Lecours who will walk you through our distillation process and around our handsome German still. A tour and tasting costs $5 and is redeemable off any purchase.
