Starling Lane is a partnership of three families founded on the belief that quality wines begin with a commitment to produce high quality grapes in our local vineyards on the Saanich Peninsula near Victoria. We spend much of the year nurturing our vines and then make only small lots of fine wine, literally handcrafting each and every bottle.

Visit British Columbia’s first estate cidery for an experience the whole family will enjoy. Look for apple blossom faeries in the orchard, take the tours and tastings, feed the rainbow trout in our spring-fed quarry pond, and catch a glimpse of the distiller crafting our new fruit brandies from our hand hammered copper still.

Come raise a glass at Sea Cider! Indulge your wild side and your palate with a cheese plate and a glass of Wild English, Kings & Spies or Rumrunner – fermented ciders that will tease your senses. Then take a tour and enjoy views of the ocean and our organic orchard – where our apples live the good life.

Our aim is to produce wines that are reflective of our area’s rich natural surroundings and to offer a personal connection to the folks who visit us. We have a deep commitment to our community and are proud to be able to represent it.

Muse Winery (formerly Chalet Estate Winery) is located on the picturesque Saanich Peninsula near Sidney-By-The-Sea, British Columbia, Canada. The winery is mere minutes from Victoria International Airport, the B.C. Ferry terminal at Swartz Bay, Butchart Gardens and beautiful Victoria, British Columbia.

Our wine shop is open daily for tastings. Private groups are welcome - please book in advance.
